Azerbaijan, Georgia, Hungary and Romania have great prospects for their partnership in the field of "green" energy. This was written by the Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan - Parviz Shahbazov on his Twitter page.

"With my colleague, the Minister of Energy of Romania - Virgil Popescu, we discussed the priorities of cooperation in the field of energy, such as the supply of gas from Azerbaijan and the transportation of "green" energy along the Black Sea Undersea Power Transmission Line", the publication says.

Azerbaijan will provide almost a quarter of Bulgaria's natural gas needs

By the end of the year, Azerbaijan will provide 19 percent of Bulgaria's natural gas needs. This was stated by the Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan - Parviz Shahbazov on his Twitter page.

"In Romania, we discussed the development of bilateral energy cooperation with Rosen Hristov - the Minister of Energy of Bulgaria. By the end of the year, 19 percent of Bulgaria's natural gas needs will be provided by Azerbaijan," the publication says.

Azerbaijan, European Union sign MoU on Strategic Partnership in field of energy

Denmark became the first donor to the fund set up by the European Energy Community to rebuild energy infrastructure in Ukraine. This was announced on April 25, 2022, by the press service of the Council of Ministers of Ukraine on its official website.

It is noted that the funds from the fund will be used to restore the energy infrastructure damaged or destroyed after the full-scale invasion of Russia on the territory of Ukraine.

Iran Aims to Swap Turkmen Gas to Azerbaijan

Tehran and Baku have agreed on swap gas supplies to Azerbaijan via Iran from neighboring countries, including Turkmenistan, the Iranian Minister of Petroleum Javad Owji said on Sunday in Tehran following the talks with visiting Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev.

„A constructive meeting was held with the Azerbaijani delegation and important agreements were reached”, the Shana news agency quoted Owji as saying.
