On the deadly armed attack against the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Islamic Republic of Iran

to the Permanent Council, Vienna:

We express our condolences to the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the families of those hurt and killed in the attack on Azerbaijan’s embassy in Tehran.

The United States condemns any form of violence and is committed to ensuring the safety and security of foreign diplomatic missions.  We call on the Iranian authorities to investigate and hold those responsible for the attack accountable.

Turkmenistan discusses upcoming election with OSCE, OTS

Turkmenistan discussed preparations for the extraordinary presidential election in the country with the OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe) and Organization of Turkic States (OTS), reports Orient News.

This was discussed during a meeting among Rashid Meredov, Turkmen Foreign Affairs Minister, Rune Castberg, Officer-in-Charge of the OSCE Centre in Ashgabat and Baghdad Amreev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States.

Italian senators condemn Armenia’s provocation against Azerbaijan

OSCE Head Discussed Situation in Nagorno-Karabakh with Co-Chairs of OSCE Minsk Group

Slovakia's Minister of Foreign Affairs and President-in-Office of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) - Miroslav Lajčák met with the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group.

According to a statement, made by the Slovak Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting was also attended by the personal representative of the current OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Andrzej Kaspšik.

US State Department stated that they do not recognize the Armenian regime in Nagorno-Karabakh

They said this to “Trend” in the US State Department, in response to a question about the entry into the United States of a representative of the illegal regime set up in the occupied by Armenian forces Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan - Masis Mayilyan.
