The US strongly supports the efforts made by Azerbaijan and Armenia to reach peace, Vedant Patel, Principal Deputy Spokesman of the US State Department said during a briefing, Trend reports.

„We strongly support efforts by Armenia and Azerbaijan to reach a durable and dignified peace, and we stand ready to continue to help facilitate this process“, Vedant Patel said.

The United States and Taiwan signed a trade agreement on Thursday to strengthen their economic ties, amid rising tensions with China.
