Darkhan Amangeldievich Satybaldy (in Kazakh - Дархан Амангелдіұлы Сатыбалды); was born on March 26, 1974. In the period 2022-2025, he was the akim of the Turkestan region of Kazakhstan. From January 6, 2025 and to the present, he is the first deputy head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Ph.D. in Economics. Speaks Kazakh, Uzbek, Russian and English.

President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a decree appointing Darkhan Satybaldy as the first deputy head of the presidential administration, Trend reports.
Prior to this, Darkhan Satybaldy worked as the akim of the Turkestan region from August 2022.
