Azerbaijan's Defense Minister Hasanov tells EU Special Representative about the policy of Armenia

On October 31, 2019, the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov, met with an EU delegation in Azerbaijan, headed by the European Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus and on the crisis in Georgia - Toivo Klaar.

According to the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, during the meeting there was an exchange of views on the situation on the frontline and on the Armenian-Azerbaijani state border.

Energy cooperation with Azerbaijan is important for Bulgaria, and if Sofia manages to buy Azerbaijani gas, it will be a great achievement for the country. This was stated by Mrs. Ekaterina Zaharieva, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria, during a joint briefing in Yerevan, with her Armenian counterpart, Sputnik - Armenia reported.

According to Mrs. Zaharievas statement, at the same time Bulgaria is developing good relations with Armenia.

EU Special Representative – Toivo Klaar will visit Azerbaijan

EU Special Representative for he South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia – Toivo Klaar will visit Azerbaijan.

According to the Azerbaijan Press Agency, following information from the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan, Klaar will arrive on October 30, 2019.

During the visit, which will take place on October 30 and 31, Toivo Klaar will hold a series of meetings with Azerbaijani officials.

Baku and Tashkent are deepening their military co-operation
