The only country that can ensure the renewal of the agreement on the Black Sea Grain Corridor is Turkey.

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said this during his speech at the 14th Conference of Ambassadors, Trend reported on Monday, citing TurkicWorld.

He said that contacts with all countries will continue in connection with the restoration of the grain corridor, which is essential for the world during the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine.

The new comprehensive agreement between the European Union and Azerbaijan will lay the ground for reinforced energy cooperation, notably on renewable energy, Miriam Garcia, European Commission spokesperson, told Trend.

A preliminary agreement has been reached on the export of sheep wool from Azerbaijan to Europe, the Food Safety Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan stated.

According to the agency, work on expanding cooperation between the Agency and the relevant structures of the EU countries, and bringing Azerbaijan's veterinary control system up to standards of the World Organization for Animal Health (formerly the Office International des Epizooties (OIE)) is underway.

Iran, Turkmenistan agree to double rail transit

Iran’s Roads and Urban Development Minister Rostam Qassemi said that Iran and Turkmenistan have reached agreements on several areas, including doubling rail transit.

Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has ratified the Agreement on Cooperation in Energy and Mining signed with Azerbaijan on Feb.25, 2020, reports “Resmi Gazete”.

The objective of this agreement is to promote the development of bilateral scientific, technical, technological, legal, administrative and commercial cooperation between the parties in the fields of energy and mining, primarily in the fields of renewable and clean energy and energy efficiency, organization of production of energy.

Georgia and Korea sign agreement on air traffic

Georgia and Korea have signed an agreement on air traffic, according to which Georgian airlines will be able to operate regular flights to and from Korea's largest international airports, while Korean airlines will be able to operate regular flights at Georgian airports, announces the Ministry of Economy of Georgia.

The air traffic agreement lays the ground for a legislative framework to launch direct regular flights between the two countries, deepen trade and economic relations and develop tourism.

Bulgaria approves draft labour migration agreement with Turkmenistan

The Bulgarian Council of Ministers has approved draft bilateral agreements on the regulation of labour migration between the government of Bulgaria and the governments of Albania and Turkmenistan, Trend.az reports.
