AzerTelecom and Telecom Armenia signed bilateral agreements to provide international internet connectivity to Armenia via Azerbaijan.

As part of the agreement, AzerTelecom, the region's leading backbone internet operator, will expand the geography of its international internet traffic services and provide internet transit to Armenia using its own infrastructure.

Such agreements contribute to the diversification of communication routes in the region, further improving the reliability of telecommunications networks, and developing cooperation in the field of telecommunications.
