The Middle Corridor may become more competitive compared to the Northern Corridor.

This is what Iain Rawlinson, commercial director of the company “APM Terminals Poti”, which manages the Georgian port of Poti, told “Trend”.

„Therefore, to make the Middle Corridor remain competitive when the hostilities in Ukraine end and the situation in the region normalizes, it will need its exceptional efficiency in creating transparent rail and sea transport links“, he said.

Azerbaijan’s Azercosmos, Belarusian Academy of Sciences sign co-op agreement

Azerbaijan’s Azercosmos OJSC and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of remote sensing services, the company reports.

The agreement envisions using images of the Azersky satellite by the academy in projects on agriculture, ecology, cartography, planning and monitoring of infrastructure, updating cadastral data, and determining tourist routes.

The Eurasian Economic Community (EAEC) countries will find it easier to occupy their niche in foreign markets if they work together, Alexander Subbotin said.

The Eurasian Union countries will jointly expand the lathe industry. This was stated by Alexander Subbotin, a member of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission, responsible for industry and agricultural production, during a telecast at the Sputnik Armenia International Multimedia Center.
