Chief of the General Staff of the Turkish Armed Forces Selcuk Bayraktaroglu will visit Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
On September 15, the Chief of the General Staff will take part in a memorial ceremony dedicated to the arrival in Baku of the Caucasian Islamic Army under the command of Chief of the General Staff Nuri Pasha and the 107th anniversary of the liberation of Baku from the Bolshevik occupation.
