The Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia has brought new charges against former President Robert Kocharyan and former head of the Yerevan garrison Yuri Khachaturov.

According to the information, Kocharyan and Khachaturov are accused of abuse of official powers, which, through negligence, resulted in grave consequences.
