The Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Armenia has been charged

The Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Armenia, Hrayr Tovmasyan (Grair Tovmasyan), has been charged. According to “Trend.az”, which refers to the Armenian media, human rights activist Ruben Melikyan said this.
“For now, I don't know on which article the charge is based, but according to the information I have, he has been charged”, said Melikyan.
