“We regret that the Armenian authorities continue to allow public criticism of the CSTO. And not just criticism, you can criticize, but [not] groundless. This is despite the fact that the leadership of the organization’s secretariat publicly confirmed the preservation of all obligations towards the republic in full accordance with the statutory goals and principles of the CSTO,” said Maria Zakharova.
