Russian propagandist Vladimir Solovyov has called for strikes against France, Poland and Great Britain from the territory of Africa because of the supply of tanks to Ukraine. He said this on the air of “Solovyov LIVE”, and a fragment of his statement was published on his Telegram channel. (https://t.me/SolovievLive/150855 ).

"Britain made a decision [to supply tanks], therefore any military target on the territory of France, Poland and Britain - we must officially announce this - is a legitimate target for us to strike," Solovyov said.

At the same time, he noted that both non-nuclear strikes and tactical nuclear charges can be used for these purposes.

"Well, good, we shy away from doing that, but the 'Wagnerians' have their technique. Well, give them equipment, let them strike from the territory of Africa. Something to take off from African territory, say Libya, and strike France. Or from a ship without identification marks, belonging to a private structure, to strike with naval drones on the territory of Britain," said the propagandist.

Since the beginning of January, several European countries have already announced their readiness to hand over tanks and other armored equipment to Ukraine. In particular, on January 4, 2023, the Office of the President confirmed that France will deliver wheeled tanks and infantry fighting vehicles to Ukraine.

On the same day, US President Joe Biden announced that the US is discussing the delivery of M2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicles to Ukraine. Official plans for their delivery were confirmed on January 6th.

On January 11, 2023, after the decision of Poland to hand over the first company of Leopard tanks became known, the British government confirmed its intentions to provide Ukraine with tanks. It is assumed that these will be battle tanks of the land forces of Great Britain "Challenger 2".

In addition, in recent months there have been active discussions regarding the provision of Leopard tanks by Germany to Ukraine. The country's chancellor, Olaf Scholz, initially refused to take such a step, but on January 9 said that Germany would supply Ukraine with heavy tanks if "friends and allies" did so.
